The signature “Cambrousse” gastronomic restaurant located in the grounds of Château de la Bûcherie in Vexin is surrounded by 3,000 square metres of vegetable plots and permaculture greenhouses. Here, vegetables grow as nature intended, without the use of input products, but simply by the vitality of the soil with minimal intervention. From peas to tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, winter cabbage, summer fruit, rhubarb, strawberries, raspberries, herbs, flowers and spices, nature at La Bûcherie is as beautiful as it is diverse.
